  • Yes — we regularly introduce planning consultants, structural engineers, party-wall surveyors and heritage specialists from our vetted network.

  • Following the proposal we issue a programme with key milestones. Start dates are confirmed once contracts and deposits are in place.

During the project

  • Yes. A dedicated project director leads every commission, supported by a site manager and our studio team.

  • Daily site reports, weekly client updates, and a live snagging log — all visible through your private client portal.

  • All variations are priced, programmed and approved in writing before any work proceeds — no surprises.

  • Stage payments tied to verifiable milestones, with full transparency on cost-to-complete at every step.

  • Of course. Visits are arranged at your convenience and works can be paused for events, embassies or media moments.

After completion

  • We deliver a complete digital handover pack — drawings, warranties, manuals and care guides — plus a 12-month aftercare programme.

  • Yes. Our private maintenance team is on call for past clients, with annual reviews available for principal residences.
